The journey of Can-Gate.com began with a vision shared by a group of African and Middle Eastern Canadians. They recognized the untapped potential of connecting the Canadian market with opportunities across Africa and the Middle East (MENA). Inspired by Canada’s forward-thinking strategy under Prime Minister Cornny, we knew the time was right to create a platform that bridges Canada with these dynamic regions. Our inaugural event, CanExpo Africa, was successfully launched in August 2025 in collaboration with Bampton City.
Building on that success, we are excited to announce our next summit, proudly endorsed by Markham City and powered by Can-Gate.com. Our mission is clear: to become the leading gateway for Canadian small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) seeking to expand through export and import opportunities in the MENA and African markets.
